I started training with Brandon at a weight of 196 pounds he put me on a meal plan and work out plan that took me up to 220 pounds of solid muscle. Keeping my body fat percentage at approximately 13 percent. Also keeping my waist size between 32-34. He also took the time to explain each and every exercise and why he chooses to do them and the benefits of each. He is to me knowledgable beyond his age for what he knows in the gym and nutrition plans for someone in his early 30's.. i have had the opportunity to work with brandon as my coach for the past few months and i am so grateful to have had this time with him. he is by far the best coach i have ever had; he is in this field to give you the best body possible, not just for the short term but sets you up for the long term.

if you are looking for someone to tell you to do hours upon hours of cardio and survive under 700 calories a day in order to get the body you want than brandon is not your guy, BUT If you are looking for someone who will listen to you and put your well being before any type of vanity brandon is the coach you want to be with. there is no crash dieting, no diet pills, no broscience myths, no 2 hours + cardio.  Brandon teaches you how and why the body responds certain ways to certain foods and puts you on a path to look good 365 days a year, than for 1 peak week.  he knows how to shape and sculpt the body better than any trainer that i have ever been with. he will listen to the concerns you have and make his best effort to address them and come up with meal plans that fit your lifestyle and fitness goals, not just give you the typical cookie cutter diet. He pushes you further than you think you are capable of going, and never gives up on you.
